I wanted to say that not only was he very personable and very easy to talk to, I was very comfortable in the store, and he worked while he explained everything. It was diagnosed quickly and the fix was just as fast. The price for it was excellent. Thank you again, Mr. Hannah! Although one prefers their electronics to be in prime working condition, if I ever have any more trouble, I'll definitely be coming back to you.

We carried our desktop in a few days ago for some service and had a very good experience with Mr. Hannah. He spent a couple of hours going over a lot of things and resolved our problems while we waited.
