December 24, 2024Great experience,he went above and beyond what was needed.Lap top extra internal hard drive was bad.He gave info on where to buy the best one at best price and how open computer to fix it ourself. Notified if do not want to repair it ourself to bring it back after we get a hard drive. He also discovered the broken one still had warranty time and told us how to contact the company. All of this information and help with no charge and gave a great price for repair if we bring it back to him,
