I wanted to say that not only was he very personable and very easy to talk to, I was very comfortable in the store, and he worked while he explained everything. It was diagnosed quickly and the fix was just as fast. The price for it was excellent. Thank you again, Mr. Hannah! Although one prefers their electronics to be in prime working condition, if I ever have any more trouble, I'll definitely be coming back to you.

Absolutely amazing service! Took my laptop to James after discovering my battery needed to be replaced. I inquired a service quote through Facebook and he was quick to respond and gave me two ways the service would go if the work would be more extensive. Upon arriving at the shop, he was very warm greeting me at the door and was a joy to talk to as he explained how the repair might go if it was a "worse case scenario". The repair ended up being quick and easy, and he even placed the new battery in my laptop, as well as turned it on to make sure it had power! After the repair he advised the several ways I can calibrate the battery through charging cycles. I 100% recommend seeing James if you have ANY tech issues or need repairs, 10/10 guy and I will definitely be a returning customer! 👍

I live out of State, and was trying to help my Dad (lives in Picayune) with some computer troubles. I could do some things remotely, but needed a skilled professional to take him the rest of the way. James was absolutely the perfect choice! He really took the time to explain things to my Dad, got all his data transferred to a new computer, kept in contact with me, and went above and beyond. Really a skilled professional and an all around nice guy as well! Absolutely my 'go to' computer guru should things go awry with Pops and his computer again. Very highly recommend! We were very fortunate to find this business. Mr. Hannah was hired to connect our new printer to our computer. He came out asap. He was able to connect the printer immediately and explained all of the details to us. He then spent extra time at our home helping with some issues on our computer, as well as helping address a few questions we had regarding our cell phones. He is incredibly patient, very polite and so unselfish with his time and talents. Mr. Hannah will always be our "go to".person for any future problems.

We carried our desktop in a few days ago for some service and had a very good experience with Mr. Hannah. He spent a couple of hours going over a lot of things and resolved our problems while we waited.
