Absolutely amazing service! Took my laptop to James after discovering my battery needed to be replaced. I inquired a service quote through Facebook and he was quick to respond and gave me two ways the service would go if the work would be more extensive. Upon arriving at the shop, he was very warm greeting me at the door and was a joy to talk to as he explained how the repair might go if it was a "worse case scenario". The repair ended up being quick and easy, and he even placed the new battery in my laptop, as well as turned it on to make sure it had power! After the repair he advised the several ways I can calibrate the battery through charging cycles. I 100% recommend seeing James if you have ANY tech issues or need repairs, 10/10 guy and I will definitely be a returning customer! 👍

January 1, 1970I wanted to say that not only was he very personable and very easy to talk to, I was very comfortable in the store, and he worked while he explained everything. It was diagnosed quickly and the fix was just as fast. The price for it was excellent. Thank you again, Mr. Hannah! Although one prefers their electronics to be in prime working condition, if I ever have any more trouble, I'll definitely be coming back to you.

I brought my HP laptop to James and he did an excellent job on recovering Microsoft password to access windows 8.. thank you James! Now I can get my old pictures that I have on my laptop!

If you're having computer troubles, I would definitely recommend going to Resurrect Tech. James is very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable with his work. He explained everything in great detail as well as giving me frequent updates on my laptop when it was being fixed. He even gave me a discount and offered to buy a new battery and replace my old one. It only took a few days and was cheaper than having to get my laptop fixed through HP. Thanks so much once again and I would 100% recommend Resurrect Tech!
