Took my laptop and charger to James because it would not turn on. He verified the charger was good and got it to turn on without repair and sent me on my way - no charge. Explained to me a bunch I didn't understand - EXCELENT!

I could do some things remotely, but needed a skilled professional to take him the rest of the way. James was absolutely the perfect choice! He really took the time to explain things to my Dad, got all his data transferred to a new computer, kept in contact with me, and went above and beyond.
