I live out of State, and was trying to help my Dad (lives in Picayune) with some computer troubles. I could do some things remotely, but needed a skilled professional to take him the rest of the way. James was absolutely the perfect choice! He really took the time to explain things to my Dad, got all his data transferred to a new computer, kept in contact with me, and went above and beyond. Really a skilled professional and an all around nice guy as well! Absolutely my 'go to' computer guru should things go awry with Pops and his computer again. Very highly recommend!
